Frost Buddy processes and prepares your order for shipment within 1-2 business days after your purchase.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options for deliveries within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery is typically completed within 3-5 business days after shipment.
- Expedited Shipping: Choose this at checkout for faster delivery, with arrival usually within 1-3 business days depending on your location.
Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number to follow your Buddy’s journey in real time.
Shipping Fees and Free Shipping Threshold
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order details and destination, and are displayed at checkout.
For orders shipped within the United States, you’ll receive free standard shipping on purchases over $60. No coupon or promo code is needed to qualify.
International Shipping
Frost Buddy ships to international destinations. Delivery times vary significantly depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Please note that any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your local customs authority are your responsibility. We recommend consulting your local customs office before placing your order to understand any potential charges.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately through our contact page and provide a photo of the damage. Frost Buddy will promptly work with you to arrange a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
If tracking shows your shipment as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors, your building’s mailroom, or your local post office.
- Be aware some carriers may mark packages delivered before actual receipt.
